Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@vanbotiq.net with your order number and requested changes. We will confirm once your request has been processed.

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they enter production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Please note:

• Design modifications may delay processing and delivery, especially during busy holiday periods.
• Personalized orders enter production immediately after checkout and cannot be modified. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
• For security reasons, cancellation or modification requests must be sent from the same email address used to place the order. Requests submitted from a different email may not be verified or processed.
